HSI Blended Course- AFA/CPR & AED for All Ages Description Information HSI Blended Course- AFA/CPR & AED for All Ages This course entails completion of both online course modules AND an in-person skills session. HSI online course modules for the Adult First Aid/CPR & AED for All Ages course will be sent after you register. The Adult First Aid | CPR AED training from HSI covers lifesaving skills such as first aid techniques, CPR, and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use for adults, children, and infants. The program reflects the latest resuscitation science and treatment recommendations published by the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR), and it conforms with the 2025 American Heart Association (AHA) Guidelines Update for CPR and ECC and the annual Guidelines Update.

Emergency Medical Technician Description Information Emergency Medical Technician The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) curriculum is a 220-hour core curriculum of minimum required information to prepare students to seek qualification as an EMT. The curriculum is intended to prepare a medically competent EMT to operate in the field. Enrichment programs and continuing education will help fulfill other specific needs for the EMT education. This course is broken down into 140 hours classroom (virtual) and 80 hours practical "hands-on" training. Prerequisite: Minimum age – Must be 16 years of age at time of completion
