Family & Friends CPR, AHA
The AHA Family & Friends CPR classroom course teaches the lifesaving skills of adult Hands-Only CPR, adult/child AED use, child CPR with breaths, infant CPR and relief of choking in an adult/children/infants. Skills are taught in a dynamic group environment by using the AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique.
Family & Friends CPR is for people who want to learn CPR but do NOT need a course completion card in CPR for their job. This course is ideal for schools and students, new parents, grandparents, babysitters and others interested in learning how to save a life.

BLS Provider course is a CPR course designed to provide a wide variety of medical, dental, EMT professionals (and students in those fields) the ability to recognize life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, use an AED, and relieve choking. AHA 2025 BLS Provider card issued at end of course.

AHA Heartsaver 1st Aid w/CPR/AED New Beg.
AHA Heartsaver 1st Aid/CPR/AED is an instructor-led classroom course that teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage an emergency until emergency medical services arrives. Skills covered in this course include first aid; choking relief in adults, children, and infants; and what to do for sudden cardiac arrest in adults, children, and infants.

AHA Heartsaver First Aid/CPR/AED provides training for workplace and family members in basic emergency response, delivering 1st Aid in an emergency, life-saving skills of CPR and using an AED. 2-year certification card (same day available). (Healthcare workers and medical professionals need to take BLS for Healthcare Providers).
