	BLS for Healthcare Providers Description BLS for Healthcare Providers The BLS for Healthcare Providers Course teaches CPR skills for helping victims of all ages (including doing ventilation with a barrier device, a bag-mask device, and oxygen); use of an automated external defibrillator (AED); and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (FBAO). It's intended for participants who provide heath care to patients in a wide variety of settings, including in-hospital and out-of-hospital. 	Heartsaver CPR/AED Description Heartsaver CPR/AED Heartsaver® CPR AED is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches adult CPR and AED use, as well as how to relieve choking on an adult. This course teaches skills with AHA’s research-proven Practice-While-Watching (PWW) technique, which allows instructors to observe the students, provide feedback and guide the students’ learning of skills.
