We will refund your tuition and mandatory fees according to the following refund schedule: • Up to 24 hours before the first day of class: 100 percent • After that there will be no refunds unless hardship can be proven via documentation. • If we cancel the class, we will issue you a 100 percent refund. • Refunds may take up to 30 days to process. PrideStar EMS reserves the right to change instructors after the schedule is printed. Such changes are not grounds for a refund. Enrollment in a series constitutes one class.
