Emergency Vehicle Operator Course Description Information Emergency Vehicle Operator Course This is a 2 part course. The first part will be held in the class room. Students will learn safe driving practices and applicable state laws. During the second part, students will complete a competency course. The classroom sessions for this class will be held at Duncannon EMS. The practical session will be held at Susquenita Elementary School. Payment can be made the first day of class or we can bill associated companies.
