Preventative Health and Safety and Nutrition Description Information Preventative Health and Safety and Nutrition Preventive Health and Safety and Nutrition is an eight (8) hours classroom-based course designed to meet the California Emergency Medical Authority (EMSA) state licensing requirements for child care providers.
