PALS Online with Skills Description Information PALS Online with Skills You are registered for AHA PALS Online Heartcode with Skills Check which has 2 parts: online class and Skill evaluation. You will receive an email with information on how to access the online portion within 7 business days. You must complete both portions of the course to receive your AHA PALS card. Please call 800-773-8895 to confirm the location & start time for your skill check. If you need a card in a hurry we offer Private Skill Checks for an additional $250. Please call 800-773-8895 to book your Private Skill Check and get your AHA PALS card the same day! We book our instructors based on our student registrations in order to maintain mandatory AHA instructor/student ratios. Therefore, you must give us 30 days written notice to reschedule any class in order to receive a full refund minus a $50 service charge. Please send all requests for a refund to NIHE, 201 W.
